Eight stops.
One continuous light.

The spectrum runs from 40° hue (cream-yellow) down to 24° (amber-brown), dropping roughly 7° per step. Saturation stays pinned at 100% throughout — what changes is luminosity, from 81% at the top to 27% at the base.
